Defective items eligible for return will be exchanged for an identical product, no credit will be given. If an identical product is not available, we may send a similar product of quality and cost, or issue a refund at our discretion.
You must first contact us to arrange your product exchange before returning a defective item.
Orders returned are subject to a restocking fee of $5, plus our actual shipping cost.
Please be advised that we routinely ship orders at a loss, so your charge may be significantly higher than your original shipping charge. For example, if you paid $7.95 for shipping and our cost to ship was actually $9.20, then the $9.20 plus the $5 restocking fee would not be refunded. This fee will not apply to orders in which a manufacturer defect occurred, in which we could not ship an identical item and were forced to refunded you.
